Specialist Testing
The laboratory is situated in Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester, with a primary focus on the analysis of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) from various environmental matrices. The laboratory specializes in the use of mass spectrometry using multiple techniques, including high resolution & tandem mass spectrometry.
The Laboratory holds ISO/IEC 17025:2017 & MCERTS accreditation for the analysis of PCDD/F, PCB & PAH in samples from stack emissions monitoring, as well as ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for the analysis of PCDD/F & PCB from environmental solid samples & PCDD/F, PCB & PAH from ambient air samples.
